Stephan Hillhouse has spent over 30 years building, opening, and transforming hotels across France, Austria, and beyond — from IHG and Marriott portfolios to Michelin-recognised independent resorts. He works in French, English, and German.

The hotels that perform best are not the largest or the best-funded. They are the most consistently well-managed — at every level, every day.

In 2007, he founded HILLOTEL on a conviction that has not changed: hotel owners deserve a partner who has run hotels, understands their financials, and is accountable for results.

Hotels do not underperform because of strategy. They underperform because of operations. That is where every engagement begins — and where results are measured.
